Lorraine presents her ceramics, marketed under her Lorraine Oerth & Co. brand, and her individual pieces which are collectible one of a kind. A versatile artist, she also works in painting, printmaking and collage.
Oerth currently teaches ceramics and mosaics at The Art League in Alexandria VA. And she maintains an Associate Studio at The Art League. She is also an Associate Artist at The Torpedo Factory.
A graduate of The Philadelphia College of Art, she studied with Ed Eberle, Wayne Bates, Petras Vaskys and William P. Daley. She also studies with Avis Fleming (drawing), Penny Barringer (printmaking) and others on a regular basis.
