Thinking about the 24 inch in diameter "Tree of Life"?

Well, you have a couple of things to think about.

You can purchase it plain, flat - which is a piece of laser cut steel, and because it is small and reasonably light weight, all you need to do is hang it on a couple of nails.

But suppose you'd like to see it look more substantial - want it to stand away from the wall...then you can order it with a 1" piece of steel edging. This will be welded all around the perimeter of the piece.

I like it both ways, but if weight is a factor, you'll probably chose it unbanded, because it is just so gosh darn easy to hang.

Another advantage of the edge banding is that the artist's have welded-in a hanger system, but you'll still need the technical skill to place the hanger adjacent to the space provided in the sculpture. (All of this is equivilent to hanging a framed mirror. Not a big deal, but you need to be careful and safe - please).
